Barbecues by the Sea at Bagno Marianna

Eating a beef tartare by the sea, with the Fungo di Lacco Ameno in front of you and the sound of the waves in the background, is an experience well worth trying.

Grilled meats

The centerpiece of the menu is the grill. The Scottona beef tagliata is served sliced over fresh arugula, Campania cherry tomatoes, and shavings of Grana Padano – one of the most popular dishes. For those looking for something heartier, the porcini tagliata adds porcini mushrooms to the beef, creating a richer, more autumnal flavor. The mixed grilled meat platter combines sliced beef, sausage, short ribs, and beef tenderloin in a single dish designed for those who want to try a little of everything. For steaks and fillets sold by weight – 300 grams and up – the grilled beef steak and beef fillet are available in three variations: grilled, with green pepper sauce, or with porcini mushrooms creamed with basil.

Pan-fried meats

Alongside the grill, we offer a selection of pan-seared meat dishes inspired by Neapolitan and Campania traditions. Pan-seared pork chops with extra-virgin olive oil and garlic, pork cutlets with Ischian lemon or Campania wine, pork cutlets with button mushrooms, and Neapolitan breaded and fried pork cutlets – simple, no-frills dishes that capture the essence of authentic cuisine.

Meat and seafood in the same meal

When people think of the sea, they think of a seafood restaurant. But at Bagno Marianna in Lacco Ameno, the meat dishes are just as important as the seafood – and those who come for the meat won’t be disappointed.
