Seafood restaurant in Lacco Ameno

Fresh Fish from the Gulf of Naples

Bagno Marianna’s seafood restaurant menu is extensive, ranging from simple appetizers to more elaborate main courses. It offers authentic seafood cuisine, rooted in the traditions of Campania but open to a few fusion influences – such as yellowfin tuna tartare with Campania strawberries or seared tuna with Bronte pistachios, dishes that reflect an island that looks out to the sea but also to the land.

A restaurant with a sea soul

Seafood appetizers

Let’s start with the raw dishes: flash-frozen yellowfin tuna carpaccio on a bed of arugula with thyme and arugula foam; tuna tartare with strawberries from Campania; and Mazara red prawn tartare with buffalo mozzarella. For those who prefer cooked dishes: octopus alla Luciana with olives and capers and spicy crispy bread, pan-seared squid with yellow datterino tomatoes, sautéed clams, a mixed sauté of mussels and clams, pan-seared Gulf shrimp, and Campania burrata with Cetara anchovies.

Fish first courses

Spaghetti with fresh clams and paccheri with seafood – including mussels, clams, king prawns, octopus, and squid – are the most popular dishes. But it’s also worth trying the scialatielli with clams and zucchini from Campania, the fresh gnocchetti with squid and Bronte pistachios, the paccheri with king prawns and porcini mushrooms, and the seafood risotto creamed with mixed shellfish.

Fish main courses

The seared tuna with Bronte pistachios is one of the most popular main courses – yellowfin tuna fillet cooked at 65°C with crunchy pistachios. Also on the menu: Sicilian-style swordfish with tomatoes from Campania, black olives, basil, and oregano; fried shrimp and calamari on a bed of arugula; mixed grilled seafood; and whole grilled king prawns served with a dipping sauce of extra-virgin olive oil and lemon.
